Arespan Brocca has always been mindful to safeguard the environment, both in the management of
the manufacturing plants, and in the use of raw material, which consists mainly of Italian poplar
wood, cultivated, used and recycled max. 200 km away from the company's mills.
Since 2001, Arespan Spa has been complying to the principles and criteria of the Forest
Stewardship Council (FSC), and was the first manufacturer in Italy to obtain the FSC-CoC
certification on poplar plywood. Since 2006 it has continuously implemented a policy of
good forest management on its own poplar plantations.
The certification FSC mixed (credit system) is now
available across the whole range of poplar panels manufactured by Arespan Brocca.
These panels are characterized by extraordinary light weight (from 360 kg/m3 up), maximum
stability and physical/mechanical properties of the highest quality.
The bonding is made in full compliance with the regulations for the protection of the environment
and the safeguard of people's health. |
