Composition
Long-grain poplar (or spruce) blockboard core covered by one layer of cross-grain poplar veneer sheet on both sides,
and one sheet of 3mm HDF each side. The external finishing is obatained gluing with hot press a sheet of CHPL plastic laminate (Picture 1). |

Bonding
For blockboard, resin based urea-formaldehyde glue, Class A low formaldehyde content (<E1).
