Panoxil® Idro P3 |
 |
100%-poplar waterproof panels
Panoxil® Idro panels have great moisture resistance as well as high mechanical and physical performance
despite a modest increase in weight compared to
Panoxil® Standard.
These panels are very compact with a fine poplar micro-particles surface.
|
 |
Features and Benefits
The careful selection of poplar particles ensures excellent stability and high workability even at the edges,
ease of cutting, machining, frasing, and molding. The inner layer is very compact and homogeneous and, thanks to
peculiar poplar features, it allows long life to processing tools, as well as excellent screw-holding ability.
The panel is suitable for finishing with melamine-impregnated papers, or covering with plastic laminates and veneers.

Bonding and Certification
Panoxil® Idro is produced with melamine-urea resin and water-repellent additive substances (ex V100), which guarantee excellent
stability and strength even after 2 hours of boiling. Panels are therefore suitable for use in wet conditions.
The panel is compliant
with Class 1, according to the requirements of EN 717-1 (single-value <= 8mgHCHO/100g - medium value <= 6.5 mgHCHO/100g)
methodological standards EN 120, commercially known as E1.
On request we also produce a panel with very low levels of formaldehyde emission that can be used without restriction in
accordance with the Japanese norm F**** (JIS A 1460 - HCHO <= 0.3 mg/l), commercially known as the E0 class.
It is available on request with FSC-CoC certification.
